Avinash Sable became the first Indian man to win 3000m steeplechase gold while shot-putter Tajinderpal Singh Toor successfully defended his title as India grabbed 15 medals across sports on Day 8 of Asian Games. This is now India's biggest biggest haul in a sinle day of the Asian Games over all editions.
